Samenvatting
This report presents the results of a project to verify performance testing procedures to be incorporated in the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard for Motorcycle Headgear. The areas under consideration are: (A) Evaluation of Impact Test procedures; (B) Construction and testing of the Head Injury Criterion data analysis system; and (C) Comparison of past and proposed methods of penetration tests.
