Verkeer als gevolg.

The main principles of the report "Verkeer als gevolg" (to be published in the near future by the working group "Parking problems" of the section Traffic Theory of KIvI) dealing with traffic problems in a wider (a.o. social) concept are discussed. The reporter of that report reproduced the first part as a whole in this article, while the main principles of the second part are summarized. The third part will be discussed at a later date. After an initial exploration of the field, traffic as a result of the social exchange process is discussed. A list of definitions is added.
