During the last twenty years no urban motorway is built in the Hague except a piece of 4 km for the Utrechtse Baan. It cannot be shown however that by not constructing a main highway infrastructure a lower traffic explosion was reacted. In this paper some planning for traffic and transport are discussed per agglomeration of The Hague.
