Samenvatting
A study is made into the current criteria for the installation of traffic signals at junctions in and outside built-up areas. An interesting method was set up in West-Germany by J. Harders in 1972. This method is described and analyzed. The theory, its application and its efficiency for Dutch circumstances are discussed.
