Samenvatting
The increasing vehicle ownership and its correlating private transport should be diminished. This must not be done with nagging cars and to affect the freedom of transport mode selection. People must be enlisted with sympathy for public transport or the bicycle. A broad integrated approach with a number of stimulating measures is wanted. Social organizations and the consumers should be involved in the traffic policy.
