Samenvatting
The Amsterdam traffic circulation plan is considered. The objective of the plan is the redivision of the existing space, keeping communication possibilities at the same level and affecting a faster and more effective transport of people and goods, minimizing the negative aspects for the environment. In this part is shown which measures on the main road network are necessary to achieve this redivision. Emphasis is laid on the change from private transport to public transport. See also B 10651
