Samenvatting
The traffic distribution plan for the city of Helmond was made. Part of this plan is the Bicycle-plan consists of two parts. Part A gives the big lines, the background and the first set-up for the bicycle-route network. Part B presents the final elaboration of this network and describes more detailed the technical possibilities for constructing bicycle provisions.
