The participation in traffic is influenced by a number of factors like the human being, the vehicle, the weather, the traffic regulations and the road. Within the frame-work of the book two of these factors are taken into account. The book is mainly written as a study book in the education to driver instructor, but while every one participates in traffic the book is also for every one.
