Samenvatting
In residential areas interviews are often used for the analysis of the lack of traffic safety. With those interviews the feelings and the views of the residents are measured, but research has shown, that on locations, on which the most complaints were made, not always most accidents happened. When these data should be useful for the analysis, then these data should be translated in terms of behaviour and risk. Thoughts on the abstract meanings of subjective traffic safety and living with traffic has found a concrete shape in this report.
