Samenvatting
The influence of the introduction of the first phase of the traffic circulation plan on traffic safety in the Old Centre of Delft is looked into. Not only general tables, but also specific locations with a high number of traffic accidents are considered. To get a good insight in the actual situation the period before and after the introduction of the plan were compared.
