Samenvatting
During the summer and autumn of 1989 some times smogforming in the Netherlands arised, which has the consequences that a discussion on possible countermeasures was started. To get a temporary decrease of the air pollution agreements were made with oil and chemical industries to limit their productions. However, there measures were not sufficient. Therefore a plea is often heard to stop or to stop partly the traffic. The effects of the measures are discussed.
