Samenvatting
In residential areas built in the years 1945-1975 the multifunctional utility of the whole living environment has become unintendedly of minor importance to the traffic space. The driving speed has become therefore a living problem. Solution can not be found in different countermeasures in traffic engineering or improvements only in a small area, but in a total reconstruction of the whole residential area at a reasonable price.
