Samenvatting
In this article the author compares the highway code in the field of the driving licence in California whit that in the Netherlands. The author is of the opinion that in the Netherlands a system should also be introduced, whereby it is possible to eliminate unadapted, (and hence dangerous in traffic) licence holders by administrative-judical means.
