Samenvatting
The actual legislation in the field of indemnity for damage caused by traffic accidents does not work very well, however, by alterations in the law and by jurisdictions the legislation is now more directed to the protection of traffic victims. But still much traffic victims get no indemnity at all or at a very late time. Therefore the author proposes a compulsory traffic insurance.
