Samenvatting
The policy of the Ministry of Traffic and Transport is a. o. aimed to improve the provisions for a safe and independent traffic participation by disabled persons. Therefore a written interview was held under a selection of organizations of handicapped people. A manual for filling in the questionnaire and for the description of the inventory is presented.
