Samenvatting
A preliminary study has been made into the possibilities of improving traffic safety by the introduction of driver improvement programs to the so called problem drivers. After a literature review (PB 26208) and an international inventory on driver improvement programs (PB 26210) this part of the study discusses the possibilities for the introduction of such a system in the Netherlands.
