Samenvatting
It is concluded that it should be put forward that the reduction of traffic is not to be merely regarded as an aim in itself, and that the solution to this problem will result in an improvement of the living conditions of our towns and villages, but that the reduction in traffic can be the start of a process of increasing consciousness as a result of which the values of profitability will eventually be replaced by those of quality.
