Samenvatting
The first part discusses mainly the necessary conditions for research in the field of traffic safety. Questions about motivation, legislation and legal positions of persons and administrations are mentioned. Risk and safety, own responsibility and legislation, driver training and driver test, signalization, public and private transport are reviewed. The second part considers the encounter of pedestrian and drivers as well as their mutual communication on the road.
