Samenvatting
The first purpose of this book is to develop a statistic model for the analysis and prognosis of volume and structure of road accidents in order to get the ability of considering security effects of transport investment in cost benefit analysis. The further investigation deals with the problem of evaluating security aspects depending on road and traffic conditions.
