Samenvatting
It was the purpose of this study to investigate if, by means of weather charts and accident statistics of 50 European towns, the displacement of the weather type, in which a cyclogenetic process is present, could show also a displacement of the number of accidents. It is very difficult to know if and when a cyclogenetic process is being effective. Some examples are given. The investigation showed again the relationship between cyclogenetic process and an increased number of accidents.
