Samenvatting
Injuries of the astralagus are characterized by particular factors in determining the diagnosis, in electing the therapy and in judging the prognosis, which are determined by form, function and anatomical structure of vascularization of the astralagus. Avascular necrosis of the astralagus is the most important complication in healing; its probably appearance has been used to classify the different injuries by degree of seriousness.
