Samenvatting
The paper deals with research on the possible differences in appreciation between various modes of Public transport. The purpose is to quantify any "surplus value" of railsystems above bussystems. The conclusion is that the systems which meet the most important demands and wishes of the users in the best way are first of all metro/light rail, tram and then (articulated) bus.
