Samenvatting
On April 21, 22 and 24, 1980 a national traffic safety congress was held in Amsterdam on the subject: inequality and inequivalence in traffic: the risks of confrontation between road users of different categories. The different aspects of the discussions were on (1) traffic and physical planning, (2) traffic engineering, (3) vehicle technique and injury prevention, (4) characteristics of road users, (5) political decision making, (6) policy, (7) execution and (8) enforcement.
