Samenvatting
Some results of study into the desirability and possibility of decentralization of the governmental tasks on the domain of traffic and transport in the Netherlands are presented. Chapter 1 pays some attention to the history, the contents and the organization of the concerning governmental tasks, and the present situation is given. Chapter 2 contains on the basis of a literature review backgrounds for the discussion about the decentralization of the traffic and transport policy. Chapter 3 and 4 give impressions of the existing ideas in relation to the decentralization.
