Samenvatting
Interview data are used to determine the number of trips that could have been made by disabled persons if they could have made use of urban public transport. These determination is used for the estimation of transport of disabled persons in three systems 1. technical provisions in the bus 2. provisions and the service of the driver to the disabled persons and 3. technical provisions, improved service and a guidance service during the whole trip.
