Samenvatting
The Second Transport and Transportation Scheme of the Dutch government designates several activities that are to be included in the policy- making of the regional transport authorities. This study deals with a number of problems that occur in the cooperation between public transport companies, in the size of the regional transport authorities, as well as in the financing of the infrastructure and the organizational context.
