Samenvatting
The effectiveness of safety belts and child safety seats is considerably less when they are used on the wrong way. From the literature is shown that the part of abuse can not be neglected. Therefore it is not enough to promote only the use of these safety provisions, but also to promote the correct use. Besides information to the public, insight to the nature and extend of the abuse is wanted to determine if an in how far the test specifications for these safety provisions should be modified.
