Road traffic and transport need traffic regulations. Traffic and transport have become such a mass, there are so many types of roads and so many kinds of vehicles that traffic and transport will be a complete chaos without rules. And still worse, the number of traffic victims will increase enormously. The Dutch Traffic Regulations and Traffic Signs Act from 1966 is updated and renewed. The Act will be in force March 1, 1990.
