Samenvatting
It is shows by the Working Group that the free lanes for public transport are closed for other transport modes, except the exceptions named in the Dutch Traffic Regulations. By means of dispensation other transport modes can also have a joint use of these lanes. While a lot of dispensation is given, the control has become almost impossible. Therefore new regulations are proposed. Joint use will be possible only for collective categories of drivers which are shows on traffic signs.
