Samenvatting
Lorries are important links in the chain of traffic and transport, but the have characteristics which can cause dangerous situations in their relationship with the environment. Lorries cause per vehicle mile more victims under other road users. On the short term this situation can be improved by the general application of anti-locking devices, better mirror systems and the prevention of splash and spray by different devices.
