Samenvatting
Emphasis is laid on the accessibility of the economic centre in the Randstad and in particular on the problems of traffic congestion during peak hours. The main road network and the underlying road network is studied in their mutual relationship and the relationship between private and public transport is studied in more detail. Main aspects as the environment and traffic safety are not considered due to the lack of time to quantify these aspects for the different scenarios.
