Samenvatting
The population in the Netherlands is still increasing and the leisure time is also growing. Therefore a governmental policy should be developed for the leisure time until the year 2000, in which the freedom of choice for the citizen, the role of the government and the optimal use of the recreational provisions are the main points. A set- up for such a policy is presented.
