Samenvatting
The description and the modelling of the reaction of drivers, who, when visiting a shopping centre, are unable to find a parking place in the car park, is the central part of this paper. The study into this waiting and `looking for another car park' behaviour is twofold. Personality characteristics and behavioural aspects are studied first Secondly for a model analysis the reactions have been asked on imaginary parking situations.
