Samenvatting
Three roadside surveys of drivers were conducted as an integral part of the evaluation processes for the Washtenaw County Alcohol Safety Action Program (WCASAP) in order to obtain representative samples of nighttime driving residents. On-site interview was obtained from participating drivers as well as breath specimen used to determine blood alcohol concentration. The conclusions of the study are presented in this report.
