Samenvatting
In hashish and marijuana three classes of compounds can be distinguished, the terpenoide, cannabinoids and nitrogen containing compounds. In the group of the cannaboids,which are held to be responsible for the known pharmacological effects, about ten main strnetnres can be recognised. After administration or smoking of hashish and marijuana about 100 - 150 body foreign substances are circulating in the body a idhen an attempt is made to correlate effect with drug concentration, at least the exact composition of the hashish sample or cannaboids ample should be given.
