Samenvatting
The limit capacity of a motorway with four lane is between 30.000 to 40.000 vehicles in a 24 hours period, if the motorway will be safe. After this limit it is necessary to make cybernetic steering-aids besides marks of road construction. This research shows that it will be possible to make improvements in traffic safety on existing roads by a careful accident analysis.
