Samenvatting
The main purpose of the report is to start a discussion to the question oif a nwe road from Groningen to Winsum is necessary and if so how the oqyout should be. An evaluation is made for the location of the road taking in to account the different aspects of physical planning, environmental pollution, biolobical problems for vegetatio, land use, traffic composition and traffic concentration.
