Samenvatting
This working plan for 2003 is published by the Gelderland Provincial Road Safety Board (ROVG). This is the first working plan based on the third Gelderland long-term road safety policy plan (GMV-3; see C 24836). In GMV-3, the following five main groups of measures are distinguished: education, enforcement, infrastructure, stimulation, and knowledge. The activities planned in GMV-3 for 2003 form the basis of the working plan. As far as education is concerned, no specific activities for 0-4 year olds are planned. In addition, a financial overview is given. The appendices contain information on the personnel occupation of the various parts of the ROVG organisation.
