Fixing the price for the use of infrastructures is an important element of transport policy. This pricing is traditionally given three goals which are mentioned. In section one, the ways and difficulties to orientate user's choices will be explained. In section two, devoted to fund-raising, some specific aspects of the French experience in this field will be shown. In section three income distribution goals will be explored. In last section two connected topics will be dealt with : the social cost of environment and the relation between infrastructure price and cost-benefit analysis.
