Samenvatting
A review of a report is given on the functioning of four shopping centres in the urban area of the Hague. Pedestrian surveys have been held in all four centres on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. In all nearly 9600 persons have been interviewed. The discussion is focused on the results concerning the hourly variation of visitor volumes, the total volumes in 1967 and 1976, visitors modes of transportation and centres commercial range.
