Samenvatting
This paper describes WOLOCAS, an instrument developed to predict and evaluate the mobility effects of potential major residential development areas in the Randstad. WOLOCAS intends to scan travel patterns and the modal split of trips, and kilometers travelled for different trip purposes. It is an interactive graphics oriented model system to be run on a Personal Computer (PC). The paper deals with the objective of the instrument, the data input, the prediction of the effects, and the use of the program on a PC and the software.
