Samenvatting
WOLOCAS, an instrument developed to predict and evaluate the mobility effects of potential major residential development areas in the Randstad is described. WOLOCAS intends to scan travel patterns and the modal- split of trips and kilometres for different purposes of the inhabitants. It is an interactive graphics oriented model system to be run on a PC.
