Samenvatting
WOLOCAS is a new, quick response tool for evaluating the mobility effects of major residential development areas in the Randstad. The Technical report deals with the three components of WOLOCAS: (1) the database with the model parameters, land- use data, network data and the output files; (2) the user interface for the input data of residential areas and the evaluation of the results of the calculations; (3) the transport model to calculate the mobility effects. For each component the data, the . formulas and the assumptions are discussed.
