Samenvatting
A survey is done into the commuter traffic and parking problems in the city of Arnhem. An inquiry, an interview and a zip- code study as developed at the Geographical Institute are used. First attention is given to the relationships in living and working, the transport mode and the division of traffic participants on the basis of their freedom of choice. Secondly the parking behaviour of car users is discussed and the motivation for a transport mode is analyzed.
