Samenvatting
A study is made to the appreciation of residential areas by their residents in relation to the use of the roads in such areas. An interview was held and the results are presented. The nowadays situation in the area is characterized by a rather narrow lane for the car, physical and visual hindrances like rumble strips, and no distinction footway-highway for improving the merging of the functions of the road.
