Samenvatting
The statistics illustrate the desire of modern man to possess and to increase his freedom of movement through the use of the automobile. To meet this demand the IRF continues to devote its resources to both urging and aiding the responsible authorities to make every effort to facilitate this freedom of movement by developing national and international road and motorway networks, and by giving first priority to the funding needed for the construction and maintenance of safer roads.
