Young people and driving : the graduated driver licensing system.

A group obtaining licenses under the full licensing system was compared to a group obtaining restricted licenses under the graduated system. Some positive affects were found for the graduated system, but there was also a tendency towards more negative views of licensing and traffic officers. The restrictions of the graduated system were found to be inconvenient for many young drivers.
