Samenvatting
The area of car use for business travel is most insensitive to any petrol price rises imposed on it. It is therefore necessary to look for other measures that will stimulate a more conscious car use. This paper is concerned with the methods used by employers for budgeting and reimbursing business kilometres. A proposal describing an alternative to the present method of allocation should offer the prospect of a more conscious car use. (A)
