Zero-Defects : the quality maintenance program.

Zero Defects is a motivational approach to the elimination of defects attributable to human error. It is a voluntary program aimed at improving the quality and reducing the cost of producing and maintaining defense material. Zero Defects is dedicated to preventing defects by detecting and removing the causes of their generation. In this paper it is applied to Maintenance.
