Samenvatting
Transport in the 21st century: seven innovations. Road infrastructures designed today will probably last a lifetime, and tomorrow’s world will be quite different from the present. In this paper an image is depicted of 2030+, as are today’s problems and how they may develop through 2020. Several innovative ideas are presented in relation to robustness and reliability, road users’ choice and a network accommodating social, technical and spatial development. (Author/publisher)
